These terms must be read together with 3k775's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and other applicable guidelines.

3 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on 3k775 and use the platform's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old — this platform is for those aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a legally competent person with the right to agree to these terms.
• One person may hold only one account — opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

4 Account Verification

3k775 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. We may request identity documents and other paperwork before processing a withdrawal request.

Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

5 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

• Never share your password with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify 3k775 Support immediately.
• Log out of your account after logging in from a public device.

6 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into 3k775: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are permitted.
• Using third-party payment methods is prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
• The source of deposited funds must be legitimate.

7 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions apply for smooth withdrawal processing:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• 3k775 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

8 Welcome Bonus Terms

3k775 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.

Example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• ৳12,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳17,000

To withdraw bonus winnings, a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings. The wagering count applies to bonus funds only — the deposit amount is not included.

9 General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds and real money are held in separate balances; real money takes priority at the time of withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be met within a specified time period.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
• 3k775 reserves the right to change or cancel promotional offers at any time.

10 Fair Play Policy

3k775 is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. All games available on our platform are developed by certified providers — such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi — and operate using independently verified Random Number Generators (RNG).

11 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Any form of cheating, software hacking, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial means.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.

12 Technical Issues

In the event of server outages, network problems, or any technical fault, 3k775 reserves the right to void any disputed transactions or game rounds. In such situations, deposited real money will be refunded, but bonus funds may not be refundable.

13 VIP Tiers & Cashback

3k775's VIP programme has four tiers. Weekly cashback rewards are given at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on playing activity and engagement. 3k775 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

3k775 may cancel or suspend an account in the following cases:

• Breach of these terms.

18 Changes to Terms

3k775 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the site after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

• Do not wager more than you can afford to lose.
• Set limits and stay within them.
• Avoid playing when tired or under stress.
• If you notice signs of addiction, visit our Responsible Gaming page.
